Step One
Get a pest inspection. Arrange the required repairs and keep a print or a copy of the clearance helpful to share with buyers.

Select little fixes that create a big difference. Restore old caulk in the kitchens and bathrooms; improve paint, and repaint if needed; get car-pets cleaned; get rid of clutter; use brighter light bulbs and open curtains to construct rooms appear bigger; dispose of pet odors.

Make a decision on which upgrades to make - like replacing old, worn carpet; or replacing older sink faucets and light fixtures.
