When we buy houses, one shouldn't forget to check out the different types of homes available such as cluster homes, condos, etc. Depending upon your lifestyle you may choose the right home. A condo house is a better fit for those people who don't want to maintain their lawns or have a pool or a clubhouse. Condos are often less expensive and they provide you with the better security.
For example, if there is someone who lives single and travels a lot because of their work and doesn't require much space and as well as don't have time to maintain the lawn/garden. In that case, a condo is the most perfect house! This same argument goes for all retirees who might travel more to see their grandchildren or simply don't want the upkeep involved with having a single family house.
