Joint Tenancy
A form of ownership or intriguing title to property which
means each party owns the whole property and that ownership
is not detached. In this aspect, accidental event of the death
of one party may lead the survivor to own the property wholly.
Judgment
A right decision made by a court of law in accordance to the
scriptures of the law. In judgments that necessitate the repayment
of a debt, the court may place a lien against the debtor's
real property as guarantee for the judgment's creditor.
Jeopardy
This may be regarded as a component of risk or danger.
Joint Account
A credit description held by two or more people so that all
can use the account and assumes all the legal responsibilities
to repay it.
Judicial Foreclosure
This type of foreclosure proceedings is used in some states
that are hold on with a civil lawsuit and it’s conducted
completely with the support of a court. Other states use non-judicial
foreclosures.
