Negative Amortization
It’s something that occurs when the monthly payments
are not good enough to pay all the interest due on the loan.
This unpaid interest is added to the unpaid balance of the
loan. The home buyer ends up unsettled more than the original
amount of the loan.

This is a prices-paid index that gives an insight into price
increases in the manufacturing sector. A reading above 50%
normally indicates that the manufacturing sector is expanding,
and below 50% signifies contraction. Frequency: monthly. Source:

Net Cash Flow
The income that remains for an investment property after the
monthly working income is condensed by the monthly housing
expense, which includes principal, interest, taxes, and insurance.
Net Worth
It’s the total value of a person or company asset without
all liabilities. The net worth of the particular property
gives an insight of the value of the property in the market.
